All 7 of our rooms are unique in their own way and
cater to every taste. Whether you’re booked into the standard single
room or one of our exclusive suites, you will feel at home and
enjoy that attention to detail that separates Bella Khaya from
any other guest house. The lounge and entertainment areas offer
PVR facilities and the full range of DSTV and all rooms have a satellite TV movie and sport bouquet as well.
You will be hard pressed to find a room of this standard anywhere between Johannesburg and Pretoria. This suite is extremely spacious with a very large living room area equipped with kitchenette, dining area, lounge with TV (all our rooms have Satellite TV) fire place, walk in closet and large bathroom with large bath and separate shower. A balcony facing the sunset offers spectacular views of the countryside and the distant Johannesburg and Sandton skyline. Stairs lead up to the unique loft bedroom area with king-size bed and more fantastic views.
Two quaint log cabins are set on the estate offering luxurious spacious accommodation. The bedrooms lead on to balconies with great sunset facing views of the countryside. Each room contains a queen size bed, bar fridge, heater, fan, coffee and tea making facilities and Satellite TV. The en-suite bathroom has a soothing spa bath and separate shower.
Also with it’s own private patio taking in the morning sun, this luxury room is equipped with queen size bed and dressing room, heater, fan, coffee and tea facilities, satellite TV and bar fridge. The spacious en suite bathroom contains a large bath and shower in the bath.
This latest unit will offer spacious chalet-style accommodation in a lovely garden setting with balcony and fully equipped kitchen and will be perfect for a long term stay. The room also contains 2 single beds (or a king size bed), bar fridge, heater, fan, coffee and tea making facilities and satellite TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
Special long term stay rates for minimum 1 month stays can be negotiated.
This luxurious and spacious room with lounge area leads out on to a private patio which catches the morning sun – a perfect place to sip on your coffee and read the morning paper. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Contains a king size bed, bar fridge, heater, fan, coffee and tea making facilities and satellite TV.
Very private with its own little garden this single bedded room has pretty much all the accessories of its luxurious counterparts. One can still enjoy satellite TV, the bar fridge, heater, fan and tea and coffee facilities. The en suite bathroom has a shower. This room is perfect for the single traveler on a bit of a budget but still looking for comfort.

Hi All.
I just had a 2 night stay at this brand new guest house and as a frequent traveller who was exposed to several hotels etc internationally, was pleasantly surprised.
As a single female traveller safety is an issue for me and as a female of course luxury does count.
This facility has certainly not just met the standards, it has far exceeded it.
The hospitality of the couple who owns the guesthouse and the extra mile they went to make my stay there as comfortable as possible is highly commended. (Fresh flowers, little chocolates when I returned to the room etc)
I will certainly prefer this facility to stay in next time rather than a hotel which certainly does not offer the same quality of service and personal touch.

I have obtained the details of this guesthouse in order to refer all friends and family who requires accommodation in the future as I was much impressed.
